i was asked to do this commission for someone after he browsed my gallery and liked the superman [link] and ms. marvel [link] pieces that i did. he also has a son that's about two months younger than mine, and he wanted this to be a gift for him one day.
had a lot of fun drawing this, but it was nerve wracking capturing a baby's likeness. i don't think i've ever drawn one before. haha. but drawing superman is fun, despite the fact i'm not a huge fan of the comics.  i'll be laying down colors this weekend, and i'll post when i'm done! cs3, 3ds max 2008 & cintiq |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
