another contribution for the brian bendis board's weekly sketch jam thread. ([link]) this week's theme, original series star trek! fitting timing too, with the new movie out (which f'ing rocked, by the way!).

i was never a huge trekkie (or trekker, or whatever) growing up, but my dad was a huge fan of the original films and the next generation, so star trek was on in its various forms fairly often in my household. i always remember the episode where sulu went bonkers and started running around with a fencing sword. haha

real quick turnaround on this, since i've got to get back on my pages--probably about an hour for everything.

Nice, I think you got the anatomy down really well, and the face is good, though there's something off with the cheekbones. The colour is simple but great as well
